In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
And peace and blessings be upon the noblest of messengers.
With deep feelings of appreciation, respect, and gratitude, we bid farewell today to Professor Abdelkader Iddou, a father figure, an educator, a colleague, and a friend after being releaved of his duties as Director of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in Adrar, at his own request.
At this significant moment, it is impossible to mention the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in Adrar without associating it with Professor Abdelkader Iddou, who was the cornerstone and founding pillar upon which this academic institution was established in July 2022. He carried the weight of this responsibility with remarkable dedication and perseverance, sparing no effort in overcoming challenges and working tirelessly day and night to lead the institution through its foundational stage with wisdom and determination. Thanks to his vision and commitment, the school rapidly evolved into a respected academic and scientific institution.
Every corner of our institution bears the mark of your efforts and leadership, and your distinguished legacy will remain engraved in the hearts of professors, staff members, and students alike, all of whom witnessed your humility, integrity, and unwavering sense of responsibility. No words can truly express the extent of our gratitude for your sacrifices, your dedication, and your role in establishing a culture of excellence, hard work, and collaboration.
We pray that Almighty Allah rewards you abundantly for all that you have contributed and grants you continued success and fulfillment in your professional and personal life.
On this occasion, we are also pleased to warmly welcome Professor Slimani Noureddine as the new Director of the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture in Adrar. It is both an honor and a pleasure to receive him among us following the trust placed in him to lead our institution.
We are confident that he will continue the journey of development and advancement, guiding the school toward even greater achievements in academic excellence, scientific research, and innovation in the field of Saharan agriculture, in service of sustainable development for our region and our beloved country. With his academic expertise, professional experience, and ambitious vision, he is undoubtedly a worthy successor to a worthy predecessor.
We warmly welcome you to your institution and among your colleagues and students. As professors, staff members, and students, we reaffirm our commitment to working together as one team in support of your vision and every effort aimed at elevating the standing and reputation of our school.
In conclusion, our guiding principle will always remain in continuity, for the mission of knowledge and education does not end with the change of individuals; rather, it continues to grow and flourish.
Once again, our sincere appreciation and gratitude go to Professor Abdelkader Iddou for all that he has contributed. May Allah guide and bless everyone in the service of knowledge and nation.
